Scope of this policy
This policy explains how information submitted through the official Al Shifa Maternity Home website is handled. It applies to information you choose to send through the website and its general-enquiry form.
It does not apply to other services, in-person interactions or communications that take place outside this website.

- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Enquiry category
- General message
- Privacy-consent confirmation
- Technical anti-spam information submitted through the honeypot mechanism
Career-interest submissions
If you use the career-interest form on the Careers page, the information you enter is collected so your general professional interest can be received and organized. This is a general career-interest submission, not an application for a confirmed vacancy. That form collects only the following:
As with the general-enquiry form, do not submit CNIC images or numbers, banking details, medical records or unrelated sensitive documents through the career-interest form. Recruitment decisions are not made automatically.

Job-application submissions
If you apply for a published vacancy through the Careers section, the information you enter is collected so your application can be received, screened for basic eligibility and reviewed. A job application collects only the following:
Your application, including your CV, is available only to authorized Careers administrators of Al Shifa Maternity Home. CV files are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible, and an administrator opens a CV only through a temporary secure link that expires shortly after it is generated.
A basic eligibility screening compares the details you provide against the stated vacancy criteria to assist administrative review. This screening is advisory only — no final hiring decision is made solely by automatic eligibility logic, and applications are reviewed by a person.
Please do not submit CNIC images or numbers, date of birth, banking or payment details, medical records or unrelated sensitive documents as part of an application. Submitting an application does not guarantee eligibility, an interview or employment.

Form processing and service providers
General-enquiry submissions are processed through the website's hosting and form-processing provider. The website currently uses Netlify as its hosting and form-processing provider.
Notifications about a submission may be delivered to authorized Al Shifa Maternity Home administration. Third-party infrastructure may process technical and submission information as needed to operate the service.
Netlify's own handling of information is described in the Netlify privacy policy: https://www.netlify.com/privacy/. Netlify is used for website hosting and form processing only, and is not a medical-record system.
Information sharing
General-enquiry information is not intended to be sold. It may be accessible to the following, only as needed:
- Authorized Al Shifa Maternity Home personnel who manage the enquiry
- Technical service providers required to operate the website
- Authorities or other parties where disclosure is legally required
Retention
General-enquiry information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the enquiry, maintain appropriate operational records and meet applicable requirements.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to help protect information submitted through the website. However, no method of transmitting information over the internet or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Please keep this in mind and avoid sending sensitive information through general online channels.
Children and pediatric enquiries
Parents or guardians may submit general enquiries relating to pediatric services. The form is not intended to collect a child's sensitive medical history or identification documents.
Only necessary general contact information should be provided when making a pediatric enquiry.

For general questions about information you submitted, or to request correction or deletion where reasonably applicable, you may contact info@alshifamaternityhome.com.
Where information is required for operational or legal reasons, deletion may not always be possible.
